A nervous-system-supported path for women building businesses, visibility, and leadership
without burning themselves out — or losing themselves along the way.
You may know what to do.
You may even have the strategy.
But when it’s time to execute…
your body hesitates.
You overthink.
You second-guess.
You feel tight, braced, or disconnected — even when things are “going well.”
This work exists for that moment.
Embodied CEO is for women who are capable, experienced, and committed —
but who are starting to feel the cost of always pushing through.
In addition to strategic advisory and coaching, Embodied CEO supports your nervous system, so you can strengthen your self-trust, regulate stress, and actually embody the woman who can hold the life and business she’s building.
Not just in theory.
In practice.

What This Work Actually Supports
Embodied CEO blends somatic support with practical business, branding, and leadership strategy.
This means we work with both your inner capacity and your outer execution, including:
-
Nervous system regulation and emotional safety
-
Self-trust, confidence, and internal steadiness
-
Identity shifts that allow you to lead and be visible without forcing yourself
-
Clear decision-making and follow-through
-
Brand clarity, offers, visibility, and execution (when applicable)
The goal is not to push you harder.
The goal is to help you feel steady enough to move forward
— consistently, calmly, and in a way you can actually sustain.
Who This Is For
This work is especially supportive if you are:
A business owner (or preparing to become one)
A leader who carries a lot of responsibility
Someone who is capable, but internally tense or unsure
Tired of starting and stopping
Ready to build or lead without constant self-pressure
Many women come into this work frustrated with themselves, and
wondering why they “know better” but still feel stuck, hesitant, or disconnected.
Embodied CEO helps close that gap by working with your body, not against it.

What Clients Are Saying
Before working with Tye, I had low self-esteem and was a people pleaser. I felt easily frustrated and struggled with self-discipline. The fear of failure and what others thought of me held me back from pursuing my goals.
Since working with Tye, I’ve learned to control my emotions, say no when needed, and set clear goals. My self-discipline has improved, my AIC is down from a 9 to a 7, I have let go of an addictive self-sabotaging habit, I now handle stress much better, and I am exploring new hobbies that bring me joy. Tye's support has been instrumental in helping me overcome my fears and feel worthy and comfortable in my own skin. Her guidance has truly empowered me to live my best life at 66.

This process is meant to feel respectful, clear, and grounded, not sales-driven.
This is what happens when you feel held while making real changes.

Before working with Tye, I struggled with focusing on my personal goals and understanding my purpose. I had not given thought to what are my personal core values. I was forced to work on aspects of my inner self previously neglected. Tye gave me tools to examine personal strengths and weaknesses, success and failures, that which motivates or inhibits me, and why.
Since working with Tye, I am much more intentional about asking myself 'why' questions, digging deeper into the reasoning or rationale behind decisions I make, don't make, or waiver about.
As my journey began with Tye, major hurdles began to surface in my professional life. It was my work with Tye and the support of the FierceHER Woman community she assembled that inspired me. Tye created a safe and nurturing Sistah circle wherein I enjoyed a built-in cheering section.
Through Tye’s program, I’ve learned to set and prioritize my goals. I've come to recognize and appreciate the value of concentrated breathing exercises as a means to just be still and reflect, to hear and engage my inner self, and to effectively manage and reduce stress.
Tye's support has helped me focus on my purpose and maintain balance even in the face of challenge. Her guidance has been an invaluable transformative experience, giving me the incentive to move toward my goals confidently.
