More Than a Retreat | It's an Experience

Come with me to drop out of all the doing and simply be.
This is what Indigo Manor, our retreat home was created for — quiet mornings, soft light, deep exhales, and space to slow all the way down.
Here, you’re invited to release the weight you’ve been carrying and reconnect with your own rhythm. To sit still long enough to hear what your body’s been whispering. To rest, reflect, and remember yourself again.
Every corner of this home — from the gathering spaces to the peaceful rooms — was chosen with intention to support your Heal. Grow. Prosper. Retreat experience. It’s more than a space to stay.
It’s where you’ll finally remember how to just be.
The space sets the tone. But it’s what happens inside of you that changes everything.

At Heal Grow Prosper Retreat, you will:

Meet Tye Miles, a holistic life coach, somatic healing practitioner, and woman who’s walked through burnout, overgiving, and the pressure to hold it all together.
I work with women who have many roles — leaders, mothers, business owners, caregivers — women whose lives constantly demand more from them. My approach blends somatic tools, mindfulness, and honest conversation to help you slow down, release the pressure of doing, and reconnect with the part of you that just wants to be.
The spaces I create are safe and real — places where you can take off the mask, breathe again, and be fully yourself without judgment or expectation.
The Heal. Grow. Prosper. Retreat was born from that same heart. It’s for women who’ve been holding it all down and are ready to rest, reset, and remember who they are — beyond the titles, the to-dos, and the noise.
